Prices
Prices include gas, electric & water, landline telephone and use of internet.
Rates are based on 4 people sharing. There will be an additional charge of £50 per week for 5/6 persons.

For guests staying more than one week a linen change and clean will be included.
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking plus a security deposit of £150 which will be refunded provided there have been no breakages or damage in or to the apartment.
The balance of payment should be paid 8 weeks before your departure date.
Changeover days can be flexible.
Keys will be sent to you in plenty of time together with a comprehensive list of information on the apartment and surrounding areas.
There are numerous car hire firms which you can book on line or If you decide not to hire a car, a taxi transfer can be arranged for you from the airport and for your return journey. The approximate cost each way is £45 and this should paid direct to the driver.
